Rob is recognised across Australasia as a leader in the circular economy movement, having launched world-first initiatives since the early 1990s. He leads Closed Loop and its business units across business direction, diversification and industry change. His insights and experience have been pivotal in Closed Loop’s continual development and growth.

Greg is a passionate leader and brings expertise in business growth and management to his role as General Manager, having developed Closed Loop’s presence in New Zealand. He has extensive experience in circular solutions particularly across sustainable waste management. His commitment to leading with purpose is driven by his passion for sustainability.

Zoe brings more than two decades of experience in corporate governance, HR management, and business administration. Her strong administrative background enables her to manage business operations effectively, oversee projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams. With a focus on efficiency and system implementation, Zoe supports Closed Loop and its clients in achieving their goals for a circular economy.

Lachlan (Lachie) uses his passionate for the environment to align financial performance with impactful sustainability outcomes. He has a strong background in finance and strategic planning and has been key in driving the company’s growth and ensuring financial viability.

Brendan is a circular economy realist, focused on solutions that deliver value through cost savings, customer engagement, and strategic opportunity. With an environmental science background and 30 years across public, private, and NGO sectors, he crafts practical, creative solutions that benefit both business and community.
